I don't feel like I truly understand something until I go step by step through the code. So the goal here is for you to have the chance to open the raw data, add lines of code to see each step, and then reproduce the reconstructions I share in my videos. I still find it exciting to upload data and then get a seemingly magical result being returned when a reconstruction algorithm is working.
Click on one of the projects below to get the reconstruction code, raw data, and reconstruction results. I'll try to share the code in both Matlab and Python. The code isn't clean, but it should be commented and help you walk through the process. Of course, some parameters may need to be tweaked to optimize the results and you'll have to update the pathway for loading up the data, but I've tested everything that is uploaded here. I hope you will tear apart this code and learn a lot by doing it. I'm looking forward to seeing what results you're able to produce with your modifications.
Kind regards,
Jon
