ABOUT

I've been working on optical system design and construction since 2013, from Washington University in St. Louis to Carl Zeiss Meditec in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Currently, I'm an optical engineer at Mitre in the DC area, where I'm involved in all sorts of interesting optics problems and prototyping.

I love doing projects, whether it be at work or in my spare time.  Often they fall at the intersection of art and engineering.  The purpose of this site is to document some of my work in engineering, art, and photography, and to share it with anyone who may be interested.
